WoW Beach Bar serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking or arriving at the venue you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to present identification on request.

An online booking form is a request to hold a table — it is confirmed once WoW Beach Bar reaches you on 0905 806 704 or via Zalo.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes after the booked time. Beyond that, without notice, the venue may release the table to other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before the booked time via the hotline or Zalo.

For group areas held with a deposit, the refund policy will be stated at the time the deposit is taken.

This is an open-air venue on the beach: please use the marked walkways and follow staff instructions at all times.

Prohibited items: narcotics, weapons, fireworks or anything otherwise unlawful.

Guests must follow staff instructions regarding security, fire safety and house rules.

WoW Beach Bar is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in areas without a cloakroom service.

Open-air programmes may change with weather conditions. Guests are responsible for their own health while using the venue and should inform staff in advance of any health concerns.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to WoW Beach Bar. Copying or commercial use without written consent infringes copyright.

WoW Beach Bar may amend these terms at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published on the Terms page with its update date.
